What is the repairs procedure under the warranty?
Zhinanche offers a two-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects, on condition that machines are used for their intended purpose.
To have your machine repaired free of charge under the warranty, please follow these steps:
package your machine in a cardboard box,
enclose a brief description of the fault and proof of purchase,
contact our free collection service on +86-579-87180533.
Using the machine data and the documents you have enclosed (e.g. proof of purchase), our technicians will assess whether a warranty/goodwill settlement is possible. Please also refer to our warranty conditions. Link to FAQ "When can a claim be made under the warranty?"
If you would like to replace an accessory part under the warranty, please send us an email with a short description of the fault and proof of purchase.
